Right of withdrawal - important information for your item to be recognized as a return item

  • There is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received. (if the item is not returned on time, the item will not be identified as a return item)
  • In case of cancellation, you MUST return the item before sending the item, send an e- mail to support@walldelux.dk with Subject: return + order number and write the reason for the return.
  • You can not regret, by refusing to receive the product, without at the same time giving a clear message about it by writing to support@walldelux.dk


Return

  • You bear the risk of the item from delivery.
  • You bear all costs for returning the item
  • You are responsible for the product being returned in the correct packaging.
  • The item must be sent directly to the correct return address for that particular product. When you return to the wrong address, the item is not recognized as a return item.


The condition of the item when you send it back

Lack of original packaging can possibly constitute a deterioration, so to be sure of being able to get all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in the original packaging.
You are only responsible for the deterioration of the value of the item, which depends on other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and how it works. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you are not allowed to use it.
If the product has been tested in addition to what has been described above, we believe that it is used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only get back part or none of the purchase price, depending on the commercial value of the product.


Regrets some of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the opportunity to return one or more items, even if they were purchased during an order.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the delivery costs if you regret part of your purchase.

Refund of the purchase price

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of a write-down for which you are responsible, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments from you, including delivery costs.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, if you have not previously provided documentation that you have returned it.
