Upon receipt of your order

When you receive your order, please open it straight away and check if everything is as it should be.

  • If you find that the item has been damaged during transport, you must immediately and no later than 24 hours after receipt send an email to with pictures of the packaging and the product - If we do not receive all necessary pictures in time, it cannot be approved as complaint case at the post office.


All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. The prices are daily prices.
The prices are only valid within Denmark's borders, incl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Please note that we do NOT send wallpaper or photo canvas to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

In the event of a delay, backorder or out-of-stock items, we endeavor to deliver as soon as possible
inform you about this and what we can do in the matter – e.g. give you your money back, or
help you find a similar item elsewhere.
If a price is clearly wrong and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not
obliged to supply the product in question at the wrong price.

Right of withdrawal - important information for your item to be recognized as a return item

  • There is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the item is received. (if the item is not returned in time, the item will not be recognized as a return item)
  • In case of cancellation, before the item is returned, you MUST send an email to with Subject: return + order number and write the reason for the return.
  • You cannot regret by refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving a clear message about it by writing to


  • You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.
  • You bear all the costs when returning the item
  • You are responsible for the item being returned in proper packaging.
  • The item must be sent directly to the correct return address for that particular product. If returned to the wrong address, the item is not recognized as a return item.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item
back to us.

No right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on goods that are manufactured to your specifications or have
acquired a distinct personal touch.

The condition of the item when you send it back

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order.
Please note that you will not get the delivery costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules can be applied to goods purchases.
You have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item.
If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
In the event of a complaint, you must send an email to Subject: Complaint + order number Content: The reason for the complaint.

Special provisions for traders

The same sales conditions apply as for consumers, however with the following modification. There is no right of withdrawal for traders. A 1-year right of complaint applies from the original invoice date. Exchange or repair does not result in a new 1-year complaint period. We reserve the right of ownership of goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs in connection with enforcement of the retention of title are borne by the buyer. Interest accrues from the due date at the discount rate + 2% per started month.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver
the item for you.
The personal information is registered with Sohu ApS and stored for five years, after which
the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and
processes data. The companies only process information on our behalf and
may not use them for your own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information
adequate protection.
The data controller at is Sohu ApS. You have the right to be informed which
information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some
cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be
if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it
